Consultancy.
Work with our experts to embed lived experience wellbeing into your organisation’s offer, culture and operations.
Real-life change
We offer strategic reviews, policy development, mental health audits, and ongoing support to help you implement real and lasting change.
Working with organisations such as Alcohol Change UK, West Sussex County Council and others; our expertise in lived experience knowledge and behaviours means that we bring a unique insight into the challenges that people with mental health, drug and alcohol, homelessness and similar problems face.
Bringing them into the project, giving their thoughts a voice, and building project outcome structures around that has resulted in more targeted offerings, better supported communities, and increased well-being for those that our clients support.
Additionally, we offer in-house peer support training - a form of reverse mentoring; whereby we work with staff with mental health challenges, for example, on a one-to-one basis, accompanying them in meetings and with general tasks in order that the organisation benefits from their experience, and the employee benefits from targeted, bespoke support to enable them to carry out their role effectively.
“The CAPITAL team were open, honest, and worked in the true spirit of collaboration.
Time and care was taken to understand the scope, and aims, of our collaborative project, and CAPITAL provided a sound, robust report that has influenced the scope and planning of our future partnership activity.
I look forward to working with CAPITAL in the future.”
— Dan Barritt, Public Health Lead, West Sussex County Council
