CAPITAL Impact Solutions is the sister organisation of CAPITAL Project Trust (CAPITAL); a long-established peer-led mental health charity with deep roots in the local community and the NHS, based in West Sussex.
Using CAPITAL’s expertise and on the ground knowledge, we offer professional mental health services with a purpose: to help organisations thrive whilst driving real change in people's lives.
Now more than ever, the voice of lived experience is being called upon to inform and direct authentic solution-focused reform within services and policy. It has become a catalyst for change within statutory bodies and organisations that value first-hand insight into the challenges facing the mental health sector - bringing transformation not only for those they support but also for their staff.
Lived experience at our core.
From the NHS and local government, through to all manner of charities and organisations; CAPITAL has developed and supported a wide variety of lived experience initiatives including mental health lived experience groups that drive policy and practice, drug and alcohol work, and homelessness projects.
CAPITAL has been at the core of peer support in the county since 1997, and its dedicated peer team and lived experience membership have informed mental health services, improved systems and delivered community action ever since.

Now we’re using that experience to further sustain our charitable work by offering our expertise to commercial clients, as well as those who wish to develop their career in peer support, through a range of consultancy and training options.
All income generated through our commercial work supports CAPITAL’s charitable services — from peer-led support groups to outreach and crisis intervention.
